Founded in 1975, SAMEDIL S.R.L. manufactures tools for chiselling, demolition and drilling for all types of electric hammers.

The company, with a fully paid-up capital of Euro 102,774.93, is based in Arese, north-west of Milan, and occupies an area of over 1,500 sq.m.. Currently undergoing heavy expansion, the company currently has about 20 employees. It is represented in the Italian market by around 25 agents and in the European and major wordwide markets through a network of importers and/or other qualified and specialized organizations and agencies.

On 1st January 2001 SAMEDIL S.R.L. became part of the HITACHI FERCAD POWER TOOLS ITALIA S.P.A. - HITACHI KOKI group. An investment programme is under way to expand the size of the plant, to acquire the latest-generation digitally-controlled workstations machine tools and to rationalize production and personnel.
